Home of the world-famous white Lipizzaner horses, the farm has been in operation since 1580. They used to breed horses for the Viennese royal court. You can see fouls and mares grazing in the outdoor meadows and the breeding stallions in the oldest stable. Lipica’s beautiful natural surroundings also make for a nice day trip.
