My husband and I had a day trip to the Julian Alps and Soca River with Matej. It was brilliant! Matej is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we threw at him. The company and Matej provided clear communications prior to our trip. This also included discussions are food options as we have dietary restrictions. Matej was flexible and tailored the day as we went along depending on our mood and energy level. Including taking us to the "best coffee" in Ljubljana to start off our day right. We'd highly recommend this trip. Thank you!

We had a great time in Slovenia, thanks to Day Trips Slovenia team. They had the perfect Itinerary along with Plan B and Plan C for a rainy Day (literally). Communication with Simona is smooth and comfortable and she always had great Itinerary options that suited us the best. Slovenia is a beautiful country and one definitely needs more than just a couple of days to experience it. In our entire trip we haven't found a single place in Slovenia that didn't bring a Wow out of us. Thanks to the team for those wonderful Itinerary suggestions. The guide who took us around, Tine is just amazing. He's so knowledgeable and has an interesting fact just about any Landmark in Slovenia. His knowledge in the Country's History and Culture is truly admirable. He suggested the best places to eat, and the best Local Cuisines and even took us to beautiful places to just lounge and relax while our kid played around. In our little association with Tine we became good friends. His cool attitude towards everything is truly praiseworthy. We would love to visit Slovenia one more time because just one trip to this amazing country is simply won't do justice. And we will definitely book all our tours with 'Day Trips Slovenia' as they are the best.

Absolutely amazing day with Jure as our guide. We saw so many beautiful sites on the drive and the canyoning experience was incredible. Simona was wonderful to work with booking this tour. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful guide - Tine - we cannot recommend him highly enough. We were picked up near the train station in Venice at 9am promptly, and it was a smooth and beautiful drive into Slovenia. We had lunch at a delicious lake-side restaurant in Bled, then took a pletna over to Bled Island, where we had time to hike the trail around the perimeter and also do a complete tour of the beautiful little church and tower. Tine then whisked us to the other side of the lake for a tour of Bled Castle, the oldest in the country, which houses a small demonstration printing press and museum. In addition, our kids had seen the alpine slide at Straza Hill snaking down the mountain across the lake from the castle, and Tine fit it into the schedule as a surprise addition - such fun! He was so accommodating and kind. We were back in Venice for dinner just a little after 8. A fantastic introduction to Slovenia and we can't wait to return for a longer visit!

Nejc was our guide. He went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable day. Very knowledgeable guide. We visited Vintgar Gorge, Vogel by cable car, Triglaw NP, Savica Waterfall and Bohinj Lake where we also took a boat cruise. It was a fantastic day. We were lucky enough to be the only 2 on the tour and we did everything at our own pace. Nejc, thank you for a wonderful day, it was a pleasure spending time with you and getting to know you.
