No prior experience is required, but do make sure you don\u2019t suffer from vertigo, as part of this canyoning descent involves rappelling down a 48-metre-high waterfall.\r\n\r\nNext on the list is a visit to\u00a0Trenta<\/strong>, the upper part of the So\u010da Valley. This mystical place is like entering a world that time forgot. You will\u00a0hike through the So\u010da Gorges<\/strong>\u00a0up to the river\u2019s source.
