The Logar Valley is among the most picturesque Alpine valleys in Europe. An important part of the valley\u2019s cultural heritage are the wooden granaries called \u2018ka\u0161\u010de\u2019 Used for storing produce, especially grains, some ka\u0161\u010de still serve their original purpose to this day. When visiting the Logar Valley, you should certainly try some of the local cuisine, like the \u2018sirnek\u2019 (ripened cottage cheese), \u2018\u017elinkrofi\u2019 (sweet dough pockets) and an assortment of homemade bread, potica cakes and jams.
